Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the QR Scanner mobile application ("the App") operated by Aktechvn ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

QR Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Scan QR codes and barcodes using the device camera
• Scan QR codes from images stored on the device
• Generate QR codes for various types of data
• View and manage scan history

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aktechvn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Advertisements

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the App are solely between you and such advertisers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of QR code scanning results
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the App
• The safety of content accessed through scanned QR codes
• The fitness of the App for any particular purpose

You acknowledge that scanning QR codes may lead to external websites or content that we do not control. You access such content at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aktechvn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Device Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions to function properly:

• Camera: Required for scanning QR codes and barcodes in real-time
• Photo Library: Optional, used only when you choose to scan QR codes from saved images
• Internet Access: Required for displaying advertisements and optional analytics

You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
